cv.Kohei Amasaki

A 6th-year student at Rigarden Magical Academy. Unable to use magic, he instead wields a sword and proves his strength within the academy through his exceptional swordsmanship. During a comprehensive training exercise against the top team of his year, he channeled Sion’s magic into his sword and cut down a powerful monster. To keep a promise with his childhood friend Elpharia – one of the “Magia Vander” – he aims to advance to the tower.

cv.Akira Sekine

One of the “Magia Vander” and the leader of the ice faction, also known as the “Hallowed Icemaiden.” She grew up in the same orphanage as Will and is his childhood friend. Possessing the talent to wield nearly all water- and ice-based magic, she became one of the “Magia Vander” at the youngest age in history. From the tower window, she always watches over Will. Her feelings for him are so strong that she sometimes loses herself when it comes to matters involving him.

cv.Satomi Amano

A 6th-year student at Rigarden Magical Academy. The only daughter of the fallen noble Loire family and a talented mage who specializes in earth magic. When Will was looked down upon at the academy for being unable to use magic, she was one of the few who stood by his side. Though she has romantic feelings for the pure-hearted and honest Will, she sincerely worries about him as a friend as he desperately strives to reach the tower. She has a bright and kind personality.

cv.Masaaki Mizunaka

A 6th-year student at Rigarden Magical Academy and the heir to the prestigious Ulster family, known for its fire magic. Ranked just below the top 3 in the academy, he is a highly regarded honor student. His excessive awareness of Will, who cannot use magic, caused him to become conflicted in many ways. However, after confronting Will honestly during the Grand Magic Festival, he broke out of his shell. Though proud, he also has a side that quietly works hard behind the scenes.

cv.Tetsuya Kakihara

One of the academy’s top three 6th-year honor students. Specializing in ice magic, he is talented enough to have independently mastered powerful spells through self-study. As a fellow ice mage, he aims to become the successor to Elfaria, one of the “Magia Vander.” Although he dislikes Will for his defeat during the Grand Magic Festival, he cooperated with Will and the others during a deadly battle against the Evil Grand Duke.

cv.Lynn

The top-ranked 6th-year student at the magical academy, known as the “Ms. Perfect.” She comes from the knightly Owenzaus family and specializes in lightening magic, while also using close combat – something rare for a mage. She is highly responsible and always calm and composed. Determined to ascend the tower, she invited Will to join the members of the comprehensive training exercise. She also has a huge appetite and can eat everything in front of her.

cv.Kengo Kawanishi

One of the academy’s top three 6th-year students and an elf with exceptionally high magical power. He specializes in wind magic and illusion magic. He grew up like siblings with Elnor, one of the “Magia Vander.” Though he had never opened his heart to anyone except Lihanna, whose strength he acknowledged, he became friends with Will after fighting alongside him. By accepting himself as someone once considered a failure, he overcame his own limits.

cv.Rumi Ookubo

A 4th-year student at the academy and a junior to Will and the others. She became close to Will after he saved her from a dangerous situation in a dungeon. Her true identity is a member of the “Watchers,” attendants to the “Magia Vander.” Disguised as a student, she infiltrates the academy to report information about talented students to the Vanders. She is also a fan of Will, which sometimes makes Elfaria wary of her.

cv.Aoi Inase

A small familiar that is always with Will. Kiki supports Will with an excellent sense of smell when he ventures into dungeons. Though Kiki cannot speak, Kiki is always by Will's side as a partner.

Will's roommate, and a student of the Magic Artificing Department. Skilled in creating magical items. Rosty is kind-hearted and willing to help with anything Will asks, but his strong affection for Will makes him wary of anyone trying to get close to him.

cv.Tomokazu Seki

A teacher at the Magic Academy, in charge of "Magizoology". His classes are very strict, but he is kind enough to follow up with supplementary lessons since he cares for his students. He is one of the few who understands Will and often gives him hints to earn credits upon his return from dungeon expeditions. Despite his leniency, he is highly capable as a mage.

cv.Koji Yusa

A teacher at the Magic Academy, in charge of "Dark Vipermage" and "History and Origins of Magic". He believes in absolute magic supremacy and treats Will, who cannot use magic, coldly. His skills as a mage are top-notch, and he can freely manipulate advanced spells and even turn lower-level spells into powerful attacks. He once climbed the Tower and was one of the "Ascendant" closest to becoming a "Magia Vander."

cv.Jun Fukuyama

One of the “Magia Vander,” ruling the flame faction and known as the “Incindia Barham.” When Aaron is absent, he serves as the acting representative of the Vander and does not hesitate to make ruthless decisions. Extremely calm and composed, he sometimes clashes with Zeo, who has the opposite personality. A strategist who never changes his expression, making it nearly impossible to read his emotions.

cv.Makoto Furukawa

One of the “Magia Vander” who governs the lightening faction and is called the “Lightning Lord's Wand, Thorzeus Fasce.” Known as the most unruly member of the “Magia Vander,” he even refers to Aron as “old man.” In actual combat, he possesses overwhelming talent. According to Finn, although he is a mage, his way of fighting is closer to that of a “sword.”

cv.Sora Amamiya

An elf princess with outstanding magical power, chosen as one of the “Magia Vander” and known as the “Sacred Elf's Wand, Elleaf Caanan.” Like many elves who dislike other races, she is arrogant and openly displays a particularly unpleasant attitude even along the Vander. She once grew up alongside Wignall like siblings, but now looks down on him from the tower.

cv.Houchuu Ootsuka

The “Lord of Light,” a wielder of light magic and the strongest king who leads the “Magia Vander.” To investigate the depths of the dungeon, he frequently embarks on expeditions with Finn, continuously pushing the record for the deepest floors reached. While returning from an expedition, he encountered Will and the others during battle. Using the high-level annihilation spell “Loi Eluza,” he destroyed the monsters and saved the apprentice mages who refused to give up fighting.

cv.Mutsumi Tamura

A mysterious man who is not bound even by the authority of the “Magia Vander.” He is a member of the “Clan of Light,” a lineage that has accumulated dungeon knowledge for generations. Having formed a contract with the tower, he works as a guide assisting with dungeon exploration. At the same time, he reports to Headmaster Caldron of the magical academy regarding the “Mage Killer.” During an expedition with Aaron, he encounters Will for the first time and senses something special in him, calling him “the sword.”

cv.Mai Nakahara

A High Mage of the "Tower" and an "Arbiter" who belongs to no faction. A classmate of Workner and Edward, she wields magic of multiple elements.
